1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (herein referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and t888m (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing all use of the t888m website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and any other services provided under the t888m brand.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and t888m. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

t888m reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms are published in English. The English-language version of these Terms is the sole authoritative and governing version. In the event of any inconsistency between this document and any translated or summarised version that may appear elsewhere on the platform, the English text shall prevail.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and t888m with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

To register an account and participate in any gambling or betting activity on t888m, you must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. t888m reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a deposit, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time a reasonable suspicion of underage play arises.

2.2 Identity Verification

All players are required to complete identity verification (commonly referred to as "KYC" — Know Your Customer) before their first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, a valid Bangladeshi passport, or a valid Bangladeshi driving licence. 2.3 Geographic Eligibility

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is entitled to hold exactly one registered account on t888m. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment method details, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, t888m reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical winnings derived from those accounts, and forfeit any bonus balances. 3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a t888m account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. Required fields include your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without prior notice.

3.2 Account Credentials Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t888m login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. t888m strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. Any action taken on your account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and t888m shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you believe your t888m account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify t888m immediately by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. t888m will investigate all reported unauthorised access incidents and may temporarily suspend the affected account pending investigation. t888m cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost as a result of unauthorised access where the account holder's failure to maintain credential security is a contributing factor.

3.4 Account Name Accuracy

The name registered on your t888m account must match the name on the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account) used for deposits and withdrawals, as well as the name on your identity document. t888m reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests where a name discrepancy is identified, pending verification. Changing the registered name on a t888m account is not permitted except in circumstances of a legal name change, supported by appropriate documentation.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

t888m currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions must be conducted using a payment account registered in the account holder's own name. t888m does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts, anonymous payment instruments, or unverified sources. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and maximum daily withdrawal limits are set out in the Payments section of the player's account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are ordinarily credited to the player's t888m wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider's network. t888m is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure, network outages, or mobile money service interruptions. If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not credited to your t888m wallet within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are typically processed within 5 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, platform maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. t888m reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the t888m account and, where possible, to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

4.4 Currency

All player accounts on t888m are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. Where USDT (USD Tether) is accepted as a deposit method for qualifying players, the deposited amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction. t888m is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

t888m operates a zero-tolerance policy toward payment fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, reverse transactions, use of stolen payment credentials, and money laundering. Where fraudulent payment activity is suspected, t888m will immediately suspend the associated account, withhold all funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Any funds determined to have originated from fraudulent payment activity will be voided and returned to the appropriate party.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a t888m account and make a qualifying first deposit via an eligible payment method may be entitled to a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus amount, deposit match percentage, and applicable wagering requirement are set out in the current welcome offer terms, which are subject to change. A qualifying deposit must be made with real funds — deposits made using bonus money or free credits do not trigger the welcome bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's t888m account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the total value of real-money bets that must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the promotion-specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonus funds and free spin awards carry a validity period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirement and any remaining bonus balance will expire and be removed from the account without compensation. Validity periods are stated in the individual promotion terms. t888m will not reinstate expired bonus funds or extend validity periods under any circumstances.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

t888m actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using a prohibited game category to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, t888m reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings generated during the abuse period, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

5.5 Seasonal and Reload Promotions

t888m periodically offers reload bonuses, cashback promotions, tournament entry bonuses, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL Finals, and the ICC T20 World Cup. These promotions are available to eligible registered players who meet the participation criteria stated in each offer. t888m reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus funds already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 General Obligations

By using t888m, you agree to: (a) use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes; (b) provide accurate and truthful information at all times; (c) comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (d) not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the t888m infrastructure or interfere with any other player's use of the platform.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on t888m:

• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin games, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing mistakes in betting markets. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, sports betting, or any other multiplayer context to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP obfuscation tool to access the platform or to circumvent any geographic restriction or account suspension.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal financial activity using the t888m platform.
• Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content via the platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner toward t888m staff or other platform users.

6.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Any breach of Section 6.2 may result in, at t888m's sole discretion: immediate temporary or permanent suspension of the player's account; voiding of any pending or recent bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; forfeiture of all bonus balances and, where fraud is established, of all real-money balances pending further investigation; and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your t888m account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by t888m

t888m reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; a court order or instruction from a competent authority; or where t888m determines that continuing to provide services to the account holder presents an unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may voluntarily self-exclude their t888m account for a defined period. Self-exclusion periods available are: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, and permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. During self-exclusion, the account is locked, no deposits or bets can be placed, and no promotional communications will be sent to the player. 7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. t888m reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy administration fee against dormant account balances after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Where a dormant account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support at [email protected].

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

t888m makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, t888m does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses or inconvenience caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service failures (including mobile money provider network disruptions), force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond t888m's reasonable control.

8.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t888m's total cumulative liability to any player arising out of or relating to these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any services provided by t888m, shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. t888m shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if t888m has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Game Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on t888m are determined by certified random number generation technology or, in the case of live casino titles, by physical dealing equipment under independent oversight. t888m does not guarantee that any player will win money, and accepts no liability for losses incurred through gameplay. 8.4 Third-Party Content
